    Ingredients

  • 1kg flour
  • 400gr sugar
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • Two sachets of yeast (or 2 tea spoons)
  • 125g butter
  • 3 large table spoons of anis seed
  • 4 large spoons of Honey
  • The peel of 1 orange
